Returning clients is defined as anyone who has commissioned a work from me, including character letters.

The returning client perk includes around an additional 20% increase to the word count range.

Final word counts may be more or less than the quoted 20% to my discretion.

This perk is the only way to "add" word count to the flat rates.

This perk does not apply to sponsor fics or character letters.

Only prompts that are listed on the spreadsheet may qualify for the sponsor fic rate.

The returning client perk does not apply to sponsor fics.

Rates are determined based off projected scenes from planning stages. While it is likely that these fics will have higher word counts to my standard commissions, the final word count is not guaranteed and may not scale accordingly to my regular rates. Clients who opt to sponsor a fic fully understand this when commissioning me.

Clients will receive an outline but should expect to have little to no involvement in the planning process. Some input or wishes from the client may be honoured but not guaranteed.

Character letters are limited to Genshin Impact as of right now.

Any character may be requested to be the writer of the letter or the receiver of the letter.

Letters may address you or your friend.

Any letter can be requested as NSFW- yes, including letters written to you or your friend!

NSFW letters between characters can be requested for an additional fee of 20%, while NSFW characters addressed to a real person can be requested for an additional fee of 35%.

I retain the right to refuse or amend any request.

Clients who order two letters may receive a third for 50% off.

All payments for letters will be up front.

Each letter counts as half a commission slot.

Payment will be made through ko-fi. A 50% deposit is required up front, with the remainder sent after completion.

The final word count will not affect the cost of the commission after the amount is settled. For example, if you pay for 3500 words and I write 3700 of my own volition, I will not charge you extra. You may choose to increase the word count during revision stages at an extra cost.

In times of cancellation, I am unable to refund the deposit due to the time spent planning your request. However, you will not need to pay the remainder and any progress will be scrapped or reconfigured to something shorter. I am also unable to refund any finished commissions.

Rates are subject to change at any time. Any commission requested will honour the rates displayed at the time of submission.

Any opportunities for discounts can only stack up to 15% off unless otherwise specified.

Flat rates cannot have WC added to it as part of the initial request.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission I am exceedingly uncomfortable with. Likewise, I reserve the right to accept commissions that do not necessarily reflect my own preferences such as ship dynamics or tropes. If you are unsure but interested, please request regardless.

You must be 18+ to request an NSFW commission, no exceptions.

Any commissions regarding OCs or media that I am not familiar with requires submission of references in the form of written material (ex. Your writing of your OC, wiki pages, etc.) Please note that if I am entirely unfamiliar with the media, there may be an additional planning fee- this will be communicated in the planning stages.

You read the Terms of Service and send me a DM indicating your interest.

I will respond to your message and work out any details about the deposit, content, confirm length, and establish any conditions of usage (see below).

You confirm the details of your commission, send a response to my Google Form with the info for your request and send the deposit to my Ko-Fi.

I will send you a detailed outline of your commission. You will let me know what adjustments you would like made.

Once the outline is finalized, I will write a first draft and send it to you for revision. You will inform me of any changes including content, addition of scenes, wording, etc. Any significant additions or increases of word count may be negotiated at this time. Further major changes required after this point may result in an additional fee at my discretion.

I will make revisions and send you a second draft. You will inform me of any small changes involving wording, individual actions, etc. Major changes at this point may result in an additional fee at my discretion.

You send the remaining balance of the commission.I send you your finished commission and/or post it on AO3.

Any conditions of usage (such as posting, reposting or publishing in print) will be discussed with the client.

I reserve the right to use the work as a portfolio piece. Any IP you own (OCs, worldbuilding, etc) will be clearly credited to you.

You may not monetize access or sell ownership of this work without explicit written permission. This includes any involvement with non fungible tokens (NFTs) or any usage for training AI.
